Does not work properly

Booz Allen sells this publication but you do not have much for your money : of LOT problems to connect.
Also, I recently changed my ipad and my password does not work anymore. But ... they are not answering the emails I sent to request a new password. Of course, impossible to be reimbursed ...
BCG or McKinsey ideas are available for free on their respective apps which are working properly.
Very disappointing.
Is it a sign of how they deal with their clients in their advisory business ?
